How to de-clutter your office – Part 2
Choose a reward: Make the idea of cleaning the clutter seem exciting to both you and your employees by announcing a reward right after the office review. Suppose you decide that if you manage to clear the clutter by a certain evening then will go out for some fine dining, then it would be a good idea. Having a reward announced strengthens your resolve and you will be able to deal with the situation in a better fashion.
Set a deadline: in case you want to clear up the clutter by the time sun sets, then you will have to make sure that it is done by then. Setting a deadline for the clearing up of the clutter or replacing it is extremely important or else you will be stranded with a huge pile of mess without any direction where you are going. So make every employee responsible and assign jobs, for example if you want your telephone replace with a cordless phones UK, give and employee the job with the independence of choosing the model. Make sure that the deadline you have set is realistic and is achievable at the least.
Organized approach: Once you have finished removing the junk it is very important that you remove the clutter and keep it in an organized fashion, there are quite a few people out there who manage to de-clutter their offices but finally clutter it up again within a course of one or two months. Make sure that the same thing does not happen to you. Try to be organized and remove the clutter and the items that you do not need as soon as possible and do not accumulate them. Junk all your old papers through paper shredders to make sure of security.
